Carolyn's coaching style reflects the way she established, nurtured and grew her business. She created a culture based on identifying individual strengths and playing to them to maximize engagement, professional satisfaction and ultimately productivity. To accomplish this, every level of the organization must be committed and involved. Carolyn will begin her engagement by assessing needs and attaining
buy-in and participation at the senior leadership level, before fanning out to include individuals at all levels within the organization. This model of strength-based learning can be transformational for each employee and the company as a whole, as it creates a culture of learning and professional development, promotes diversity and inclusion and encourages teamwork, while elevating performance levels.
As the process launches, Carolyn employs the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment tools to identify each individual’s top five strengths. She will begin her coaching with senior leadership to help them to use and leverage their own strengths in day-to-day operations and interactions within the organization.
Leadership will also learn how to empower every team member in the corporate organizational structure to discover and build upon individual strengths. This encourages support and active contribution to the success of the business.
