Carolyn is an experienced executive who knows what it’s like to be the CEO of a multi-million-dollar company while also relating to all levels of employees. She has over 30 years of extensive business experience, from starting out as a waitress, to building her own highly successful and progressive culture-driven company. Along her journey, Carolyn has coached and inspired countless individuals, groups and leaders.

As the process launches, Carolyn employs the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment tools to identify each individual’s top five strengths. She will begin her coaching with senior leadership to help them to use and leverage their own strengths in day-to-day operations and interactions within the organization.
